Inšpirácia zo Severu: Naše učiteľky úspešne absolvovali medzinárodné kurzy Erasmus+
V rámci programu Erasmus+ sa naše pani učiteľky neustále vzdelávajú, objavujú inovatívne vyučovacie metódy a prinášajú do našej školy čerstvé nápady zo zahraničia. Počas uplynulého obdobia absolvovali tri naše pedagogičky zaujímavé a podnetné kurzy zamerané na moderné vzdelávacie systémy a progresívne prístupy vo výučbe.
Získané poznatky, metodiky a praktické tipy z týchto kurzov pomôžu našim pedagógom obohatiť každodenné vyučovanie.
Inspiration from the North: Our teachers have been successful in completing international courses Erasmus+
Within the Erasmus+ programme, our teachers are constantly educating themselves, discovering innovative teaching methods and bringing into our school fresh ideas from abroad. During the past period, our three educators took part in interesting and stimulating courses focused on modern educational systems and progressive approaches in education.
Mrs. teacher Andrea Kerekešová attended a professional course “Finish and Estonian Education Success” which is organised by Teacher Academy\+and focuses on Finish and Estonian Success in education. Finland and Estonia have long belonged among the countries with the highest-quality educational systems in the world, while the course was focused on getting to know the secrets of their success highlighting equality, students’ well-being and internal motivation. The schools’ visits were also a part of the course, the direct look into the educational process in the real environment. Moreover, there were also inspirational discussions how to build inclusive and modern educational environment which develops critical thinking.
The teachers Ingrid Hajdúková and Erika Jergova also continued in this north European direction by completing the course named “The Secret of Finnish Education: Phenomenon-Based Learning”. This modern approach, which originates exactly in Finland, changes the view on traditional education in a radical way by exchanging individual school subjects for curriculum consisting of broader parts - so-called phenomena including climate change, the European Union, technologies or sustainable development. Thanks to this approach, students explore real problems in a complex way. In this way, they connect theoretical knowledge with practical life, at the same time teamwork, creativity, problem solving and active participation of students in their own education is supported.
Acquired knowledge, methods and practical tips from these courses can help our educators enrich daily teaching. We believe that thanks to innovations from the programme Erasmus+ the teaching of our students will become more engaging, more interactive and better prepared for the challenges of the 21st century.
